The Taxpayer Liaison Officer (TLO) serves at the pleasure of the Appraisal District Board of Directors. In addition the TLO administers public and taxpayer access to the Appraisal District Board of Directors and the office of the Texas Comptroller on comments, suggestions or complaints concerning the Board of Directors, Appraisal District Staff or the Appraisal Review Board. Complaints on the value of property must be filed with the Appraisal Review Board.
